Gulf of Papagayo- Costa Rica
We are located in the northwestern Pacific coast of Costa Rica, the Gulf of Papagayo renowned for its breathtaking coastline and rich marine life. Large and abundant species such as whales, pods of dolphins, marlin, sailfish, mahi-mahi, tuna, wahoo, roosterfish, snapper, grouper, amberjack, mackerel, jack crevalle, and various types of turtles inhabit in the Gulf of Papagayo. Beneath the surface, snorkeling reveals another world with octopus, schools of fish, starfish, seahorse and many other fascinating marine creatures.
The Gulf of Papagayo is a perfect place to practice inshore and offshore fishing due to the fertile waters throughout the year.
While fishing is productive year-round, peak season typically runs from April through November, when many prized species are most abundant.
Within the waters of Santa Rosa National Park lie the legendary surf breaks of Witch's Rock and Ollie's Point both with world class surfing breaks. Accessible primarily by boat, these iconic breaks can be reached with a scenic 30–40 minute ride along the stunning coastline.

Founded in 2008, our company was born from the collaboration between a group of hardcore Canadian anglers and a passionate Costa Rican ocean loving family. Crafted with passion and tradition, our boats were originally built by hand in the backyard. What began as a family project has grown into a professional operation, with that same family now serving as your dedicated crew. Today, our local crew is bilingual, experienced, and highly skilled in a wide range of ocean activities, ensuring a safe and memorable experience.
